You’ll lead regulatory compliance across 10 APAC markets, partnering with senior leaders to enable growth, expansion, and innovation in a fast-scaling fintech environment. At Xplor, we’re building a best-in-class compliance function in APAC. You’ll be stepping into a high-impact function at exactly the right moment to shape how compliance supports that growth. You’ll work at the intersection of regulation and commercial strategy, ensuring compliance enables growth rather than slows it down.
This is a senior leadership role combining strategic oversight with hands-on execution, working closely with senior leaders, regulators, banks, and internal teams across APAC.
What You’ll be doing
Location:Â Remote within Australia, with a preference for Sydney-based candidates and full Australian working rights.
